SHIPPING AND HANDLING

All orders are shipped by ground shipping via USPS on business days. Please let us know if this is a rush order. FedEx, UPS or by USPS on business days.

DOMESTIC:

Domestic orders are shipped via ground ranging from $10-$25 For expedited domestic shipping, we offer a minimal flat rate of $30,$50,$70 increments.

INTERNATIONAL:

Please contact us at contact@1perdiem.com for an accurate quote on international order shipment. Normally, international ground shipping starts at $25 depending on the weight of the item. International clients are responsible for all customs duties and fees. All orders have a processing time of up to 72 hours if the merchandise is in stock. If the item(s) is in stock it will generally ship the next business day after we receive the order. Once your credit card is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email from us regarding your order and time frame for delivery. Please contact us via e- mail for special shipping needs, gift wrapping, etc. and we will do our best to accommodate.

ORDERING

All transactions are processed through PayPal. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover are accepted. PayPal is secured and provides maximum security with the anti-fraud prevention program.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the unworn merchandise for exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase. Store credit is valid for 2 years. Email us at contact@1perdiem.com for instructions on returning the product.

REPAIRS

We offer free repair within 1 year from the time of purchase. After one year, cost may vary and start at $15 depending on the repair. Customer is responsible for shipping costs.

JEWELRY

We work with lead-free brass-base metals. If you prefer silver, we can custom make it for you. contact@1perdiem.com for pricing. Naturally, after some time, you might need to re-dip your jewelry. contact@1perdiem.com when that time comes and we will accommodate for a minimum fee.

SALES TAX

1 Per Diem is required by law to collect sales tax of 8.875% on orders shipped to New York.
